Recipe: Marzipan-like balls with tiger almond

"In the Christmas bakery...!" Today is the 1st Advent and what is the best way to start the Christmas season as with some yummy things.

We swung the wooden spoon and created delicious Erdzipan balls with which you can put a smile on your face and your loved ones..



  • 40g soft dates (z.B. Sukkari, Medjoul, etc.)  
  • 60g tiger nut flour
  • 20g almond butter
  • 1-2 drops of bitter almond essence 
  • 1/2 teaspoon rose water


Tip: The whole thing also works without bitter almond essence and rose water. However, these two ingredients add that certain something. 



1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor to a homogeneous mass.

2. Form small balls and store them in a sealed box in the refrigerator.
