Recipe: Strawberry cream

Summer and strawberries! These two simply belong together. So far summer has been a long time coming, but of course we don't want to miss out on enjoying strawberries. 

And that's why today there is this incredible delicious strawberry cream. Strawberries are actually pretty sweet in their own right, but to add to the sweetness we added a few dates. And the yogurt ensures the creaminess. We used soy yogurt at this point, but you can also use any yogurt. 

So, let's go!



• 200g strawberries
• 40g dates
• 160g vegetable yogurt
• 1 tsp starch



1. Cut the strawberries and dates into small pieces and cook in a little water for about 5 - 10 minutes until the strawberries crumble.

2. Mix the starch with a little cold water in a beaker until the starch has dissolved and then add to the strawberries and bring to the boil again briefly.

3. ImThen puree or mix everything.

4. Fold in the yoghurt and put it in the preferred container and chill for approx. 2 hours.

Garnish the strawberry cream with strawberries and fresh mint as desired.
