Do you fancy healthy sweets that you can eat without a guilty conscience or give to others? This recipe is ideal for this: vegan chocolate fudge.
Creamy and sweet, but without refined sugar. And the best thing about this recipe is that you can vary as you like. You can simply replace the almonds with hazelnuts. Or use raisins instead of goji berries. As you can see, there are no limits to your ideas here. That's something, right?
So, let's go!
Ingredients:
• 100g Date Chocolate
• 70g almond butter
• Goji berries
• Almonds
• Pumpkin seeds
Preparation:
1. Slowly melt the chocolate with the almond butter over a water bath.
2. Roughly chop a few almonds and fold in with the goji berries and pumpkin seeds under the chocolate. Set aside a few for decoration.
3. Put the liquid chocolate mass in a silicone mold and decorate it. Let cool completely in the refrigerator.
Tip: If you don't have silicone molds, you can also use paper muffin cases.
